We're off! Like a dirty shirt!

My dad used to say that when we would go on a road trip :-)
We left this morning at 7:50am...in the rain thanks to Tropical Storm Andrea.  The rain stayed with us all the way to Macon, GA.

So much fun, it gave me a headache.  When we went up to Maine in 2011, some hurricane followed us up and caught up with us in Maine.  I'm beginning to wonder.

We drove through Atlanta around 3pm and didn't get out till 4.  Lots and lots of traffic.  But at least it wasn't raining.

Haven't been there for awhile, might be fun if you didn't have to drive!
We pulled into our campground at around 4:30 and after we set up, I made myself a gin and tonic with Martin Miller's gin.  Headache gone and life is good  :-)
